Coaching for your
management team

Managing people isn't easy. It very rarely comes naturally, and it's often something that comes because of career success with a promotion.

That's why as a business owner it's essential to invest in your managers, to ensure they have all of the knowledge and tools they need to not only succeed in their role, but also as a manager.

My recommendation would be to invest in coaching.  This could be on a 1:1 basis, or if you have other new managers, or those who you feel could benefit from coaching, please do get in touch.

Supporting parents
in the workplace

It's essential that you support your team members through one of the biggest life events they will go through.

This doesn't mean purely the expectant mums, but spouses,  plus those adopting or fostering.

The sorts of support could include:

  • Coaching for parents that have had extended parental leave (maternity/shared parental leave)

  • Ensuring your policies include all of these allowances, and that they are clearly set out
