There may be times when you need just an hour of my time, to talk through particular people and business challenges, perhaps to help you formulate your people strategy. This 60-minute bespoke session will allow you to do this, review the challenges, and talk through the solutions.
This includes a follow-up email after the call, which will outline the advice and recommendations given.

For ongoing HR support you pay a monthly fee. It may be as little as a few hours per month or a set number of days per month, depending on your needs. Tailored to your requirements with the option of including HR software.
