I have outlined some popular packages to give you an idea of how I can help but the starting point will be for us to have a conversation and work together to find the appropriate level of support to meet your HR needs and budget.

HR Starter Pack

Perfect if you're just getting started and taking on your first few employees. Provides you with all the document to ensure you are legally compliant and minimum that you need in place. This includes: 

  • Bespoke employment contract

  • Template offer letter

  • Disciplinary, Grievance, and Data Protection policies

  • Employee privacy notice

  • One hour consultation


Options to upgrade with a full handbook bespoke to your business and culture.

Retained Advisory Service

Ideal for smaller businesses who want the peace of mind that HR advice is available when you need it throughout the month. 

For a monthly fee you'll receive HR advice, continuous review of your documents and processes in line with any employment law changes and bespoke documentation to support the advice. 

These packages are tailored to your requirements, with the option to include HR software. 


We'll have an initial (no obligation) chat to understand what you need and the scope of the work will be agreed. 

Depending on the nature of the project, this may be a fixed fee or based on an hourly or daily rate. 

Whatever the need we'll find the most cost effective way for you.  

You may already have a project in mind but if you're not sure what you need or whether you are meeting all the compliance requirements, our standard HR Health Check is a good place to start. 

Strategic HR for Growth

Our option to have an embedded Head of HR is the perfect service for growing businesses wanting  more hands on support in the business to support you to grow. With this option we can develop your people strategy and provide ongoing proactive support to your management team, as well as taking care of the day to day operational HR work. 


This service can be on-site, remote or a mixture of the two. The time spent with you can be from 2 days per month to 1 day per week. 

To establish what is required we start with a Discovery session. This involves spending time with you to understand your business, what is working, what is required to support the development of your teams. We'll provide with a report and recommendations. From there we can agree the appropriate amount of time required each month and scope of the activities and / or projects required.
