Deborah Barrett

I set up Freedom HR Consulting in 2021 after spending more than 15 years working in HR roles in a wide range of industries, from music and entertainment, marketing, legal, environmental consultancy, and software engineering.

Throughout this time, it became increasingly obvious to me that day-to-day HR issues were distracting many businesses from achieving their goals. I also saw that the majority of these HR headaches might never have happened if they had had the same, high quality HR expertise that large companies often have in house.

In response to this, I set up Freedom HR Consulting where I help build, and scale up businesses to achieve their goals through having high performing teams right from the first day.

My approach

Like any relationship, the more you put in, the more you get out. And the same goes for putting together a bespoke HR roadmap. Whether I’m coming in as you get started with your business, or meeting you as an established organisation, the better I understand you, your business goals, your culture and your vision, the more effective I can be in helping you achieve growth.
